Parrot Cay (COMO Hotel)
First of all, the Parrot Cay Hotel is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Turks & Caicos. With hidden coves and stunning beaches it’s no wonder Donna Karan calls the small island of Parrot Cay home. So when we heard about the COMO Shambhala Retreat, based on holistic techniques and Asian-inspired treatments, we simply could not resist learning more.

With a 1,300-square-foot yoga room, nine treatment rooms, a Pilates studio, and Japanese baths overlooking the North Caicos Channel, this retreat is designed to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. You can get your standard massages and facials here with anti-aging all-natural products, indulge with Ayurveda treatments based on ancient Indian healing therapies, or plan an acupuncture appointment with one of their specialists.

Looking to splurge even more? Book the Parrot Cay cottage with a luxe Japanese bath for two, so you can spend some romantic time with your partner. Add in private treatments and you’ll feel like royalty. (Prices for cottage start at $200 for two hours, plus treatment charges.)

The spa at the Regent Palms in Turks and Caicos.

The spa at the Regent Palms in Turks & Caicos.

The Regent Spa
Not only is the spa the heart of The Regent Palms hotel in Turks & Caicos, but it’s also a must-stop for those visiting the island. Set just aside from the main hotel, the 25,000 square foot area is a serene and luxe space, that when you walk through the doors you’ll immediately begin to relax.

There are 17 treatment rooms in total, many of them standalone surrounded by water. Six cabanas are in the garden area, where herbal treatments are performed. While you wait for your therapist to come and meet you, you can sit in one of the lounge chairs overlooking the moat, wrapped in a plush robe and sipping on a tea (or champagne if you really want to relax!).Two of their signature treatments include Mother of Pearl Body Exfoliation, which uses the local conch shell to soften the skin and Little Drops of Caribbean Rain, where tiny droplets of essential oil is applied on the spine to enliven the body. Really, you can’t go wrong with any of their treatments and they have everything to offer from massages to luxury facials. Daily classes are offered in the early morning at the centre of the spa — from yoga to meditation and pilates. There’s also an onsite fitness centre open from 6:30am to 10p.m. offering a handful of cardio machines, weight machines and free weights, if you’re interested in getting in a workout before your treatment.

Everything about this spa is pure luxury and will leave you feeling completely relaxed. We highly recommend you booking yourself in!

The Gansevoort Turks & Caicos.

The Exhale Spa at Gansevoort Turks + Caicos
We’ve already professed our love for all things Gansevoort (both in NYC and Turks & Caicos) and one of the many reasons why we love the luxe hotel is because of the Exhale Spa.

Focused on reinvigorating the mind and body, it’s the ultimate way to pamper yourself. The hotel has comfortable rooms that are as breezy and clean as the ocean air. There’s no fuss here, keeping with the minimalist look of the hotel. A must-try is the Glow Body Scrub for smooth skin all over, and the True Facial — a signature facial massage and mask.

But what we love even more are the fitness classes offered through the spa — tone your core with the spa’s signature movement classes that include Core Fusion movements, or get your zen on with a relaxing yoga class in an outdoor setting. Facials and yoga in Turks & Caicos? What could be better?
