When it comes to logging hours in the sky, flight attendants have even the most frequent flyers beat. And as jet-setters know, amazing beauty products make all the difference to how you look and feel both on-board and off.

We reached out to Monica Da Rosa, founder and editor of Beauty Parler, who also happens to be a flight attendant, to get the scoop on what makes the cut on her carry-on. Here’s what she says are her five must-haves.

Love these wipes! Great for red-eye flights when you just want to refresh your makeup prior to landing. Wipe and reapply!

2. Vichy Nutriextra Extraordinary Oil
This multi-purpose oil is awesome. Can be used on body and hair. And I actually love it for my hair. I wear high buns all the time to work and I spray this after my hair is done. Takes away the flyaways and smells amazing.

3. Mary Kay Fragrance-free Satin hand cream
I love that this hand cream is not greasy. I wash my hands constantly on-board so I’m always reapplying. And because I’m also working I don’t want my hands slippery. Yes, it’s happened where I let a water slip as I was doing a water service on-board.

4. Vichy Thermal Spa Water Spray.
Great for long-haul flights which can be dehydrating. A light spray once over is all you need for hydrated and moisturized face.

5. Carmex Moisture Plus Lip
These stylish slim twist up lip balms are the most hydrated balms I’ve used up to date. I love that they’re twist up so no fingers needed to apply. Lips are hydrated and moist.
