What are you doing for lunch? You may want to swap the cafeteria for the spa — seriously — thanks to the Shizen Spa found in Toronto’s Pantages Hotel, offering a lunch deal too good to pass up.

From Monday to Friday between noon and 2 p.m. the spa is featuring the ultimate pick-me-up for busy women on the go (a.k.a. everyone): a Quick Fix Manicure or Pedicure, plus a healthy lunch for only $30.

The 20-minute Quick Fix Manicure or Pedicure includes a file, buff, cream and polish application. Polish-wise you’ll find a large selection of O.P.I. colours, so no worries there.

Your lunch is pretty substantial too. Prepared in-house, fresh daily, it includes a bottle of water, chef’s daily salad, choice of one of three specialty wraps, and a piece of fruit (apple, pear or orange).

We can’t think of a better way to spend your lunch than with a little pampering.
