This past Sunday, we had the opportunity to enjoy a late afternoon tea at the Windsor Arms in Toronto. One of our favourite spots in the city to enjoy this British tradition, we both opted for an Earl Grey tea (in our opinion the best variety for afternoon tea) to accompany our delicious selection of mini sandwiches, petits fours and to-die-for scones. To our surprise the tea ended with a perfectly sized dish of fresh strawberries and whipped cream. We were seated in a private room, which was intimate, cozy and very red! With doors to shut out the rest of the dining room, it’s a perfect space for a bridal or baby shower.
Speaking of tea, we recently wrote a piece for Dabble Magazine on the Best Places for Tea, so we’ll keep you posted on when the issue launches!
