Officially opening April 2016, in the heart of Williamsburg, this will be the second major hotel to open in the area (with more to come). The modern 21-storey building will have 183 guest rooms, including 25 suites, a 5,000 square foot terrace with lap pool, 20,000 square foot public park and also space for retail shops. Might be time to book it to Brooklyn.
