3. Black Bull Tavern
There isn’t a summer afternoon when this patio isn’t packed. A fixture on Queen Street West since forever (it was founded in 1833), it’s located in a prime people-watching area right in the midst of the shopping action. With seating for 100-plus outside, the draw is certainly more the location than anything else. The food is sub-par at best, so stick to the drink menu. We suggest making your beverage of choice an icy cold pint.
