Barque Caesar ($10)
When it comes to this smokehouse, you can smell the mouthwatering flavours infused into every dish that comes out of the kitchen, and this includes their Caesars. While the cocktail ingredients stick to tradition (freshly grated horseradish and all), it’s the rim that puts this drink on customers’ tabs. The candied bacon rim is made using a brown sugar simple syrup and their house smoked bacon that successfully extracts that smoky flavour. It’s where sweet and savoury meet spice, and the result is very nice.
